Really good store, like the brands and range. Would be my go-to place now for clothes, often find it hard buying clothes because I’m so tall but there’s always something in there for me.

Another reason I favour the Ards branch of Excel is for David who works upstairs. He’s extremely helpful and friendly. Helps me pick everything every time I go in. And he will give you honest advice on sizing and what looks good on you. One of the good guys

Worst service ever received the order very late and paid extra for delivery within 2-3 day . And received completely wrong item . Worst service if I send email regarding order enquiry no response. I will give zero rating

Ordered my item a week before Christmas and had never heard of this company before. I was a bit unsure, but the item was cheaper than other places and reviews were mainly good. Anyway I recieved my parcel on time, had full tracking and I am thrilled with it. Came in a beautiful box. I'm sure my daughter will be thrilled with this for Christmas.

I ordered this coat using the online website for my son after speaking with Sarah via phone first to confirm they had sizing etc, she was absolutely amazing and posted it out within a half hour of sale.
A quick follow up from Paul to inform me it had been despatched.
It’s easy to see this is a family business because they place so much effort and emphasis on their clientele. I would really recommend this shop, they went above and beyond, I would definitely buy here again.

David in the men’s department really helpful with great service and ideas for Christmas gifts! ?

I rang to check item was in stock… David couldn’t find the info immediately but said he’d ring me back… he did so in minutes and even then apologised! Gant shirt was available and was despatched quickly,price was competitive and the whole process a dream given recent experience of other online buying!

Fast delivery. Needed to send first order back to get smaller size. Customer service great, communication from company regarding returns and refund was quick and easy to return via royal mail. Coat is perfect in smaller size will definitely use Excel in the future

Purchased an UGG Frankie jacket size 12 for my wife,which arrived very quickly,but unfortunately was a little big ,so I returned it and ordered a size 10 which was perfect.When my return was delayed in the post,the staff at Excel did everything they could and more to help,and rang me on a few occasions to let me know what was happening.When they recd it back,they dealt with it quickly and efficiently.I cant praise or thank the people I dealt with at Excel enough.Absolutely first class !

Great prices made me choose Excel and place my first order and that was then backed up by excellent customer service. Had an issue with a return which was entirely my fault but William went above and beyond to sort things out and even called me to help sort the issue.

I was ordering a Belstaff jacket and l wasn't sure what size to get so I contacted the customer service department who advised me to choose a medium,which I'm pleased to say fits perfectly. As I only ordered it late on Tuesday I was pleasantly surprised to receive it on Thursday morning.The item was very well packed and after such a positive experience I will defo be ordering from these guys from now on.
